Care Of Your Falcon Enamelware

• After use soak dish in warm or hot water then wash gently with a liquid detergent
• Do not use abrasive cleaning pads or gritty soap powders
• Do NOT place empty Enamelware or allow to boil dry on a hot plate
• Enamel on steel is hard and strong but like all good ceramic materials it will chip if handled roughly.
• HINT A light coat of cooking oil applied prior to use makes washing easier
