Up and down pulley system for hanging baskets.

The easy way to raise and lower your hanging baskets.

• To lower, raise basket slightly to release the locking mechanism.
• Lower basket fairly quickly to required height, slowing down to engage locking mechanism.

• To raise,  raise to its fullest height and lower slightly to lock.
• In windy conditions, only leave the pulley in its highest position.
