About Us
culchethdiy.co.uk is a division of Culcheth DIY Ltd. We are an established family run business based in the Cheshire village of Culcheth near Warrington in the north-west of England.

By placing an order at www.culchethdiy.co.uk you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you are not sure about something please contact us at info@culchethdiy.co.uk
The prices displayed are for web site purchases only, and may differ to the prices in-store.
Images are indicative only as product enhancements may cause design change. Occasionally certain products may be substituted with an alternative manufacturers equivalent product, please check with us if you require a specific product.

Making A Purchase
Placing an order with culchethdiy.co.uk could not be easier. Simply select the product/s of you choice and click "Add to cart". You may then adjust the quantity you require whilst viewing the shopping cart.
At this point if you wish to change or amend your order, simply make your changes and click on "Update cart".Once you have completed your selection, click on "Checkout" and fill in your delivery and payment details. We accept credit and debit card payments securely on-line.

Shipping And Handling
Postage and packing starts from just £2.49p (Inc VAT) per order. Actual postage costs will be displayed in the shopping basket.
Please note that charges are for delivery to UK postcodes only. Please contact for us if you require delivery elsewhere in the world, we will do our best to accommodate.
Please Note. The invoice will be sent with the order to the delivery address unless otherwise requested.
Delivery Schedule.
All goods are sent via Royal Mail. The vast majority of orders are dispatched the same day, and most arrive the next working day. However, please allow up-to 5 working days for delivery.
If you require an item sooner please telephone us on 01925 766766. Please note we only deliver to UK postcodes (including Northern Ireland, but excluding the Channel Islands).
Back Orders
If in the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, this will be confirmed to you by email and you will have the option to either cancel the order or given an approximate delivery date.
Tax Charges
All our prices INCLUDE VAT, and a full VAT receipt will be sent with your goods.
Privacy Policy
We do not disclose buyer's information to any third parties. Your information will only be used in accordance to the Data Protection Act 1998. Data collected by this site will only used to fulfill customer orders.
Guarantee and Returns Policy
Most of our products come with a 12-month guarantee.

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase please call us on

Should any goods you receive from us prove to be faulty on arrival, we will arrange for a replacement or refund - whichever you prefer.
Refunds for unwanted items only applies to the product/s price and excludes any initial and return postage & packing costs.
Goods can be returned within a 7 day cooling off period and will receive a full refund (excluding any postage & packaging charges) provided that the product is unopened and in 'as new and undamaged condition'.
At our discretion some goods may be returned after the 7 day cooling off period. Any goods that are returned after this period will incur a 10% re-stocking fee.
Before returning faulty goods to us, please contact us.
English Jurisdiction
Our service to you is governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws and courts of England. When shopping with us your statutory rights are protected.
International Use
